The website www.bainkom.com , the mobile and touch versions and any sites is owned and operated by Bainkom, and this Privacy Policy pertains to the existing platform. Bainkom is a platform where our affiliates and other unaffiliated third-party clients (collectively “Clients”) can list jobs or requirements and designers with adequate background and experience can apply for these jobs/requirements (hereinafter designers shall be referred to as “Designer(s)”). We are always here to address your questions about the privacy of the personal information you register with us, and we obtain by other means and how we use, control, process and share it.

You have the right to access all, delete, and modify any part of the personally identifiable information we keep about you if you inform us of your request in writing. Changing your personal information on Bainkom
Once you change or revise your personal information on Bainkom, we will only contact or refer to you by the newest information that you have provided. Because we make periodic back-ups of information, we may not be able to completely delete your former details, but we will not use them for any promotional and/or customer contact reasons.

Opting Out
Bainkom users are given the option of registering for our newsletter and other news about special offers and deals. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive email marketing information from us please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email OR contact us at [email protected] and instruct us to remove your email address from our database. For us to be able to do so, please include your email address in the body of your email and write "Unsubscribe" in the subject line." We will process your request as soon as we can. In this way you are modifying your Bainkom account settings, rather than cancelling your membership.
If you wish to cancel your Bainkom account, please send our Customer Services department an email - with the words ‘Cancel Account’ in the title. Your account will be cancelled, and we will delete all personal details that we have stored about you within 28 days. However, we are not responsible for contacting and/ or deleting the personal details about you that we have shared with our trusted partners.
How to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law UAE “PDP”
To exercise your rights under the PDP, please submit a request by either (1) clicking here; https://www.bainkom.com/contact-us or (2) emailing us at [email protected] You must (1) describe your request in sufficient detail, and (2) include information that allows us to confirm your identity. We will use your request only to verify your identity and respond to you (if possible). We cannot respond to your request if we are not able to verify your identity. You will not need to create an account to assert your rights. We endeavor to answer all requests within 30 days. In some cases, a response may be delayed by as much as 45 days, though in that case we will inform you of the reason.
